WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns and exchange policy of Anchal Gems gives our customers an option to return or exchange purchased items within the return/exchange period specified at product details page.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

Anchal Gems allows its customers to cancel an order till the order is in packaging and shipping status or till the cancel option is available under order details page.
Amounts paid if any on the order cancelled will be credited into the mode which was used for payment on the order.

WHAT IS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE PRODUCT?

  • Products must not have been used (products can be tried with care)

  • It must be in its original condition with tags and packagings.

  • Returns can be done either by pick-up or self-shipped mode depending on the pin-codes.
